What format does my proof of purchase need to be in?
Please note your file should not be larger than 5 MB. You can upload the common standard JPG, PNG and PDF formats only.
Do I have to purchase my product online to enter the competition?
You can purchase your product online or in-store to enter the competition.
I am unable to enter online, is there another way I can enter the competition?
If you are unable to register your purchase online, you can send a copy of your full purchase receipt to Mira Showers, Cromwell Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. GL52 5EP England, United Kingdom. We must receive your submission form by 28th May 2023.
Can I enter more than once?
If you make a successful submission, you will be entered into the draw for that week's prize. There are 8 prizes across the 8 weeks, in which you can only submit a proof of purchase once, on your week of choice. The same receipt cannot be used for multiple entries. One entry per person can be submitted. Each proof of purchase will allow 1 entry regardless of how many Mira products are on the proof of purchase.
If I am an installer, will I be able to enter myself in to the competition or will the entry be for my customer?
Yes, you can enter the competition for yourself or your customer. Please note that any Installer who makes a submission for themselves will be required to declare this promotion through their business per BIC.
Do I have to live in the UK or Ireland to participate in this particular competition?
This competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom. Any entries outside of the UK will be disqualified.
How do I know which weekend I could win?
Each week (Monday-Sunday), there will be a different weekend to be won. This will change automatically at 00:01 at the beginning of each week. Please check the homepage for the current prize.

I want to enter the competition, but I would like my entry to be for a specific weekend away, how can I do that?
You can submit your entry at any point over the 8-week period. Whichever week you enter the competition on, you will be in the prize draw for the corresponding prize weekend. If you have a preference, please check the terms and conditions for the week you will need to enter on.
I was unaware of this competition and I purchased a product a few weeks before / after the specified competition dates. Can Mira Showers make an exception and authorise an entry for my purchase?
Unfortunately not. Products must be purchased within the promotional period to be a valid entry.
How do I know if my entry is successful?
Once you have submitted a successful entry, you will receive an email from [email protected]. Please keep an eye out in your inbox, and remember to check your junk/spam folders too.
How do I know if I have won?
The prize team will be in touch with you within 7 days of the closing time for each week. You will receive an email from [email protected]. Please keep an eye out in your inbox, and remember to check your junk/spam folders too.
If I win, how long do I have to take the prize?
You will have 12 months from the date of winning to book your prize.
If I win, am I allowed to exchange the prize for another weekend or similar?
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, cheque, bank deposit or any other kind of payment or alternative weekend. In the case of a prize not being available, The Administrator will contact the Participant within 7 days of winning and offer a replacement item of similar value. If the Participant does not wish to accept the replacement item, there shall be no alternative.
Will I be able to choose the location of my weekend away?
Our bookings team will be in touch with available locations for you to select from.

What is considered to be an acceptable proof of purchase?
